The Polish Catholic Cemetery in Bażanówce - an active denominational cemetery for the faithful of the Polish Catholic Church located in the village of Bażanówka in the Podkarpackie Province. The cemetery is administered by the parish of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Bażanówce. The Polish Catholic parish in Bażanówce was established in 1921 as a result of the split in the local Roman Catholic parish. In 1925, the Polish catholics erected a magnificent parish church and set about organizing a separate burial cemetery. At the turn of 1925 and 1926, a plot from Regina Wójcik, belonging to the parish, was purchased for this purpose. Dedication of the cemetery took place on December 12, 1926. The parish of the National Church from that time had its own cemetery, which contributed to its further development and greater independence.
