War Cemetery No. 177 Woźniczna - one of the Western-Galician war cemeteries from the First World War, located on the edge of the Lesser Poland village of Woźniczna in the Pleśna commune. Description

The cemetery was designed by Heinrich Scholz, it was built on a rectangular plan with bevelled two corners. The fence was made of metal pipes supported on stone posts. The three-wing entrance gate is located on the south side. Opposite it, on the north side, there is a 6-meter octagonal column topped with a cross. It was made of stone blocks, it has the date 1914-1915. On the mass graves stone and stone pedestals with a cross were placed. The individual gravestones have the form of stelae topped with a cast-iron cross. The tombstones of Russian soldiers are crowned with a two-arm cross, the other one with one arm.
