War Cemetery No. 261 - Wał-Ruda - an Austrian war cemetery from the First World War period, built by the War Cemetery Department of the Commander-in-Chief and Commander in Cracow in its district VIII Brzesko. It is located in the south-eastern part of Wał-Ruda village in the Radłów commune of the Małopolska province. The necropolis, about 6 ares, is located by the road to Jawownik Mokry. It has the shape of an elongated rectangle with bevelled corners. It is fenced with concrete pillars between which there are metal bars. Two rows of graves surrounded by concrete walls, on each three metal crosses with roofs. On each cross a nameplate with one or two names or information that the grave hides the nameless ashes. The central monument is a tall wooden cross standing on a plinth of stone blocks. Around him are the graves of officers. 84 Austro-Hungarian soldiers and 8 German soldiers were buried there.
