Old Jewish cemetery in Kamienna GĂłra - historic Jewish necropolis located at ul. Katowicka near the municipal cemetery. The cemetery was founded in the first half of the 19th century. It is in the shape of a rectangle with an area of 450 m. Numerous matzevot with inscriptions in Hebrew and German have survived. In the sixties he was relatively well looked after. In the late eighties it was used as an illegal garbage dump. In 1989, the cemetery was entered into the register of monuments. In 2008, cleaning works were carried out at the cemetery, involving the sanitary cutting out of nine lip and one ash. [source: Wikipedia, 1429995]
