Jewish quarters of the Central Cemetery in Szczecin - a separate quarter of the Mosaic denomination at the Central Cemetery in Szczecin, which is the only active Jewish cemetery in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The lodgings were created in 1962 after the closing of the old Jewish cemetery at ulica Ojca Beyzyma and the refusal of the city authorities to set up a new cemetery on a separate plot. The first burial took place in 1962, but in the quarters there are the older graves from 1946-1962 exhumed from the old Jewish cemetery. The plot covers an area of about 0.25 ha. There are about 150 gravestones made of marble, granite, sandstone and other stones, with inscriptions in Polish, Hebrew and Yiddish. It is managed by the Jewish Jewish Community in Szczecin.
