War Cemetery No. 229 - Skurowa war cemetery from the First World War. The cemetery is located in the northern part of Błażkowa, but in the Austrian records, and therefore in Polish literature, it appears as Skurowa, a town located 300 meters east of it. The cemetery was designed by Gustav Rossmann. In nine mass graves, 54 Austro-Hungarian and 34 Russian soldiers were buried here. In the center there is a concrete cross with a metal crown of thorns. On the inscription board there is an inscription (translated): "Now you are watching, we have grown tired". [source: Wikipedia, 2397281]
