Soviet military cemetery in Bornem Sulinowo - military cemetery located in the forest near Borne Sulinowo. Established in 1945, after the founding of the Soviet military base in Bornem Sulinowo, it operated to liquidate the base in 1992. In the cemetery there are 344 graves, including 146 people with undefined personal details. In addition to soldiers and civilians associated with the local 6 Vitebsk-Nowogródek Gwardyjska Mechanized Division (including family members) who died during service in the base, soldiers from the Soviet garrison in Szczecinek were buried here, and in 2007 the remains of deceased from liquidated Soviet military cemeteries in Kołobrzeg were moved here. and Białogard. After 1970 the adults were buried and only the children of Borne's family were buried here. Currently, the cemetery is not open, but it is under the protection of local authorities. A monument to Ivan Poddubny (a twenty-year-old private man who died in 1946) was transferred to the cemetery from the city center - this monument is popularly called a monument with a pepole.
