The guardian's activity consists in the execution of orders received from the pamietam.pl portal on all your cemeteries, i.e. cemeteries assigned to you.

Possible orders include: lighting the candle on the grave, making a grave photo documentation, cleaning the grave, placing the flowers on the grave, getting flowers for the funeral, checking the tomb payment status of the cemetery administrator, finding a grave at the cemetery manager.

As a graveyard keeper, you are given the exclusive right to service orders for a given cemetery. This means that all orders placed by customers regarding a given cemetery are sent to you. Your responsibility is timely and reliable execution of orders sent to you.

There are several types of deadlines in which orders are executed.

The standard and most frequently used deadline is five calendar days. This means, for example, that the order that you will receive on Sunday at 12:00 should be done by the end of Friday at the latest.

The portal also allows customers to place orders with the execution date in a specific day indicated by the client. You receive an additional remuneration for handling this type of order. We will give you this order for execution five days before the date of delivery expected by the client.

The portal also allows customers to place orders with the execution date on a specific day and in the given hour: 8: 00-10: 00, 10: 00-12: 00, 12: 00-14: 00, 14: 00-16: 00, 16 : 00-18: 00, 18: 00-20: 00. You receive an additional remuneration for handling this type of order. We will give you this order for execution five days before the date of delivery expected by the client.

Customers can also order orders in a subscription mode. A subscription is a minium of 6 and a maximum of 24 performances of a given service in the months chosen by the client. Each of the items of the subscription order will be forwarded to you five days in advance in relation to the order execution date indicated by the client. For subscription orders, the customer can indicate that the order was completed in the last ten days of the month - then you will receive the order in the middle of the month and you will have 10 days to complete it. The customer may also indicate a specific date and / or hour period for the performance of the subscription (for an additional fee) - then you will receive them for execution 5 days before the date expected by the customer.

Regardless of the date of transferring the order to you, for each order with deferred (future execution date) you have full insight into information about future orders that are waiting for forwarding to you.

As a supervisor, you have your dedicated account of a supervisor at the portal pamietam.pl. Handling orders takes place through the page pamietam.pl. The application is also available on mobile phones. All steps of order processing are confirmed by email notifications.

The preferred form of cooperation between you and the pamietam.pl portal is the formula of cooperation between companies. To make this possible, you should run a business and have the ability to issue VAT invoices.

However, it is not required to run a farm business activity. It is possible for our cooperation to involve you in the work of a physical person.

In the first case, when you run a business and settle VAT, our settlements will be based on the fact that you will issue VAT invoices for your services. To facilitate our settlements, you can issue your invoices in our system.

In the second case, the settlement of orders will consist in issuing orders to a natural person. For these orders, we will charge ZUS and income tax prepayments in accordance with applicable law and on the basis of statements made by you regarding your insurance and tax status.

In the event that the formula of our cooperation is based on cooperation between companies, our system allows you to execute orders through your colleagues.

In this case, there will be settlements between your company and your colleagues on your side. We, however, will provide you with a tool in which your co-workers will be able to handle orders using your account in our system. We will send orders regarding your cemeteries to you, and you will continue to distribute them through our system to your colleagues.

In the business model we propose, the prices of services and the offer of products that customers see on the website for a given cemetery are determined by you as the guardian of a given cemetery. The prices and product offer are entered into the system by the operators of our system based on the parameters you submit.

In the business model we propose, our task is to acquire customers, advertise on the Internet, accept orders from customers and settle them and transfer their implementation to you. We run advertisements for our services in Poland and 60 cities outside of Poland, which are the centers of Polish emigrants.

To conduct business as a carer it is necessary to have a mobile phone with access to the Internet, a bank account and an email address.
